Corruption, fraud, or other legal violations have no place here. If you become aware of any violations of these principles in the course of your daily work, please report them to us. Our goal is to comply with laws and regulations. If errors occur, we want to identify and correct them.
How to Contact Us
The Studierendenwerk Oberfranken complies with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act and the EU-wide standard for the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU-2019/1937). To implement these requirements, we have established a whistleblower system that allows you to report legal violations confidentially. There are two reporting channels available to you:

Through these confidential reporting channels, our employees, as well as anyone else who has contact with the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken, can report legal violations.
We work with a service provider: Every report submitted through the reporting portal or the hotline is forwarded to Integrity GmbH, which is the ombudsman office we have commissioned to handle reports. Reports can be submitted there with your contact information, or anonymously. All reports are treated confidentially. Our service provider, Integrity GmbH, ensures that employees or managers of the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken will not learn your name unless you have expressly consented to it in advance. Our service provider, Integrity GmbH, will send you a confirmation of receipt within 7 days and will inform you of the results of the investigation into your report within 3 months at the latest.
