Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)

Statement on the VSBG:

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). However, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act requires that we nevertheless inform you of the consumer arbitration board with jurisdiction over you:
