The in-person sessions in Bayreuth will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from
, 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., at the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken, Main Administration Building, Room 1.58 ( across from the ZUV).

Additional advising sessions for all students via videoconference or by phone (the sessions are not tied to a specific campus location) will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, and Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
