Various venues operated by the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken are ideal for a wide range of events.
Whether it’s a conference, seminar, or high school graduation celebration, the event spaces offered by the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken are always a great choice. There are three halls available, located directly on the Bayreuth campus and in the heart of downtown Bayreuth. Various seating arrangements can accommodate up to 200 people.
Below are two examples of how the seating can be arranged. Please note that you will need to arrange the available chairs and tables yourself.

The Bayreuth Conference Center, located at Kolpingstraße 5, is centrally located in downtown Bayreuth.
The main train station, the Central Bus Station (ZOH), and the city center are all just a short distance away. Public parking is also available in the immediate vicinity.
A large banquet hall that can accommodate approximately 200 people is available to you.
Unfortunately, we do not rent out the venue for private events (weddings, birthdays, etc.).
Upon request, the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken can provide catering for your event. Please direct any inquiries regarding this to the Head of Food Services at .
